Born and raised in China, Ryan completed his Bachelor and Masters’ degree in Economics. Prior to making the move to Australia Ryan was working for an import/export company then as an administrator in a migration’s agency.

Operating out of the Barry Plant Glen Waverley office, Ryan treats every listing with an exceptional level of professionalism and dedication to ensure that his clients achieve their desired outcome.

Leveraging the support of the organisation’s state-wide presence, as well as the local knowledge of the experienced sales team, Ryan continues to grow his skills and expertise in the real estate sector.

Ryan’s understanding of the Asian community continues to bring great success in achieving key outcomes for an emerging Chinese buying market. Drawing on his experience from purchasing properties and his extensive international database Ryan is in a unique position to truly understand the buyers needs and deliver exceptional results.

Supported by his strong negotiation skills, a thorough knowledge of the local market and his extensive clients contacts overseas and locally, Ryan’s clients have every advantage when they decide to sell a property.

Far from putting a property out there and hoping for the best, Ryan always has a detailed plan in place and explains from start to finish what vendors can expect from the selling process.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys reading, playing guitar and jogging.
