Hidden away in one of Merrimu's most peaceful court locations, this charming country retreat offers a rare opportunity to enjoy space, privacy and a relaxed lifestyle surrounded by established native bushland, all within minutes of Bacchus Marsh and easy access to the Western Freeway.

Set on approximately 1.99 hectares (almost five acres), the property enjoys an elevated position amongst mature gum trees, creating a tranquil setting that feels a world away from the everyday. Whether you're looking for a weekend escape, a permanent tree change or simply more room to enjoy life, this is a property that offers both character and potential.

The well maintained brick residence provides comfortable family living with three bedrooms, a light filled living area, functional kitchen and dining space, wrap around verandahs and an enclosed sunroom overlooking the natural surrounds. While the home remains largely original, it has been lovingly maintained and provides an excellent foundation for buyers wishing to move straight in while adding their own personal touches over time.

One of the standout features is the impressive powered workshop, complete with concrete flooring, hoist beam, dedicated workshop area and separate storage room, making it ideal for tradies, mechanics, hobbyists or anyone requiring additional workspace. A separate bungalow, double garage and carport further enhance the versatility of the property.
The established grounds offer an abundance of native birdlife, peaceful walking areas and multiple outdoor spaces to relax and unwind. Extensive rainwater storage and quality infrastructure further complement the lifestyle on offer.
Conveniently located only a short drive from Bacchus Marsh township, schools, shopping, cafés and rail services, this unique property offers the perfect balance between country living and everyday convenience.

Properties offering this level of privacy, space and lifestyle are becoming increasingly difficult to find.
