We have a unit available with Estia Health Bendigo, as part of their shared living facility. The unit is a private stand alone unit however have a shared common area with 6 of the neighbouring units. Out of the 6 units 2 are privately owned and 3 are leased through us.
This unit contains the following:
- Private bathroom and kitchen
- Ducted heating and cooling
- External access so that you don't have to walk through the common area
- Electricity and water included in rental price
- Street parking only
Please note that this is not a retirement village however there is a criteria. Minimum age is 65 to be eligible. No pets allowed due to no yard and being a shared facility.
