For the 14th year in a row, every eligible Barry Plant office has been awarded “Highly Recommended” for Excellence in Customer Service in the 2018 Australian Achiever Awards.

Now in their 20th year, the Australian Achiever Awards are independent and unbiased awards, based on assessment ratings from companies’ own clients. The awards provide an objective indication of a well‐run, healthy business that is worthy of patronage.

The award system focuses on seven criteria, namely:

  • Time Related Service,
  • Addressing Client Needs,
  • Care and Attention,
  • Value,
  • Attitude,
  • Communication,
  • Overall Perception.

The criteria are rated individually in percentage terms, and the final score is an amalgam of these. Anything above 80% overall is regarded as exceptional and reflects outstanding customer service.

In the 2018 Australian Achiever Awards, the Barry Plant Group performed exceptionally well, having been awarded Group Certification for Customer Service Excellence every year since 2005 – this year was no exception. Every Barry Plant office has independently achieved a Highly Recommended status.

The team at Barry Plant Sunbury office took out the top real estate office across the Barry Plant network, with a near-perfect score of 99.70%. This result was closely followed by Lilydale, Ballarat, Doreen and Diamond Creek rounding out the top 5 offices for the Group.

More than half of Barry Plant’s offices scored over 98% this year, which is an incredible result and a testament to how the team at Barry Plant always strive to deliver excellence to their customers.
