This is part of Escape from Neil’s Wheel, an initiative by 3AW’s Neil Mitchell in conjunction with Melbourne Star to raise money for the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal with a focus on providing the funds for Medical Imaging Ultrasounds.

Mike will be joined in his Melbourne Star cabin by Simon Best, Director of Barry Plant Mitchell Shire and Sunbury, Fadi Khoder, Director of Barry Plant Glenroy, Nigel O’Neil, Head of Strategic Growth at Barry Plant Corporate and Daniel Cole, Director of Barry Plant Docklands.

These gentlemen will be given 30 minutes to ring their family, friends and associates and get them to donate to the cause.

“We’re hoping to raise significantly more than $5,000,” Mike McCarthy said. “It’s such an important cause and we know that members of our Barry Plant family have reason to be grateful for the services of the Royal Children’s hospital – so it’s a cause we can really relate to.”

If you’d like to donate to the cause, you can do so here.
