Barry Plant Croydon achieves customer service excellence

Barry Plant Croydon has broken industry records after it won the Australian Achiever Awards Real Estate category for excellence in customer service.

With a score of 99.79 per cent, Barry Plant Croydon became the first Victorian Agent ever to win the overall title on four occasions.

The Australian Achiever Awards are an independent, unbiased award system based on assessment ratings from an organisations own clients. They are therefore an indication of a well run, healthy business, worthy of patronage.

Director of Barry Plant Croydon, Geoff Thompson said that customer service is one of the most important components of his business, and recognizes that word-of-mouth marketing is his best advertisement.

“All home owners who sell with our office receive our Red Carpet Guarantee, a document which lists important actions that we guarantee to carry out so our clients can enjoy a seamless experience”, Mr Thompson said.

“Every seller, buyer, landlord and tenant also receives a copy of the Customer Service Charter, explaining what they should do if they have concerns regarding the service they have received.”

The staff at Barry Plant Croydon undertakes extensive training programs that concentrate on building client relationships. The aim is to ensure every client is being given a consistently high level of service, resulting in complete customer satisfaction.

Mr Thompson concluded by saying that being recognised for delivering exceptional customer service meant a great deal to his staff and congratulated his team on an outstanding effort.
