The Barry Plant Group has a new addition to the family with a brand new office and a brand new team opening recently in Frankston.

At just 24 years of age principal Thomas Larkin lives and breathes real estate after obtaining his real estate license on his 18th birthday. Along with his two younger identical twin brothers Josh and Nick and mother Karen, Barry Plant Frankston is truly a unique family business.

Thomas has grown up in a real estate family with his father having a very successful 20 years of experience in the industry.

“Running my own business is a big step but I’m extremely excited about taking my passion for real estate to the next level. I’m looking forward to building a business that delivers the highest standards of ethics, professionalism and the red carpet customer experience that Barry Plant is famous for.”

Thomas never considered opening under any other brand except Barry Plant. “Barry Plant agents and directors are the ultimate professionals. They are very successful with most offices ranking highly in their territory” Thomas revealed. “Barry Plant also has an excellent name and reputation in the industry so it was a very easy decision for me.”

The Barry Plant Group now operate 80 offices and are Victoria’s most successful real estate group, selling more properties than any other network.
