Victoria’s top real estate network, the Barry Plant Group, is making its mark in Melbourne’s Bayside suburbs.

It was only a year ago that the group made its first foray into Bayside, taking over Phillips Nicholson’s Mordialloc office and rebranding it to Barry Plant. The group’s unrivalled service, expertise and professionalism has been well received in the area – so well, in fact, that the Mordialloc office has expanded to incorporate two further offices into this growing Bayside network.

Barry Plant Mordialloc’s Director, Michael Care, couldn’t be happier. “When we brought the Barry Plant brand to Mordialloc a year ago, we were confident that we would do well in the area,” says Michael. “During that period, business has grown beyond all expectations, and we are delighted to get this opportunity to expand and grow our network to better service this area.” Michael attributes his team’s success to their firm commitment to customer service.

“The training and systems that the Barry Plant brand provides enables us to develop our staff members to the highest standards,” Michael says. “The key is consistency – to deliver excellence time after time.”

Demand for Bayside property is robust, and continues to rise. Popular among owner-occupiers and investors alike, the Bayside suburbs boast distinct communities and neighbourhood attributes.

Apart from the obvious drawcard of seaside living, Bayside is amply served by Melbourne’s train and bus network, is well connected to the Mornington Peninsula via Peninsula Link, and to the CBD via Nepean Highway. Popular schools in both the public and private sector attract families; local shopping strips enhance the laid-back atmosphere and village-like charm, while Southland Shopping Centre offers a hub of major retailers and cinemas.

“People buy in Bayside for the lifestyle,” Michael says. “These suburbs are also considered by many to be the best investment zones, because demand for rental property is consistently high.”

Mike McCarthy, CEO and Director of The Barry Plant Group, is delighted that the brand is expanding its presence in the Bayside region. “Michael Care and the team at the Mordialloc office have shown that providing a consistently high level of service and expertise will bring great results – not only in prices achieved, but in the volume of business that the office is now handling.”
