The Residential Marketing Award (Budget $2-$10K) was won by the Barry Plant Waverly office for their campaign leading up to the auction of 3 Pin Oak Court, Vermont South, a property otherwise known as ‘the Neighbour’s House’. This campaign gained international recognition and achieved an outstanding sales result for the vendor.

Another thrill for the Manningham office was the naming of Eva Evangelidakis as Corporate Support Person of the Year. This highly contested award was won by Eva, due partly to her outstanding initiative in taking on the role to coordinate the group’s weekly auction results for the REIV.

Manningham were also finalists as the Large Residential Agency of the Year, and with staff members Mark Di Giulio, in the Salesperson of the Year (Non-Principals) category and Fiona Nicholson in the Corporate Support Person of the Year category. Other finalists were Barry Plant Bayswater for Residential Marketing Award (Budget $2-$10K), Barry Plant Wantirna Medium Residential Agency of the Year, and the Barry Plant Group for Corporate Promotion of the Year (Multiple Offices).

Group CEO, Mike McCarthy was extremely proud of the achievements throughout the Group that were acknowledged by the REIV. “Simply being a finalist in these highly competitive awards is a great achievement so to then go on and win in three of the categories is outstanding,” Mike said.

The three State award winners for the Barry Plant Group will go on to contest their titles on the national state at the REIA Awards for Excellence 2014 which will be held next March in Hobart.
