Terry Burgoyne brings decades of broad experience to his role.

A lifestyle change that involved moving to the Mornington Peninsula, has meant that Terry Burgoyne, a highly skilled agent who has been part of the Barry Plant Group since 1984, has become part of the Barry Plant Rosebud team.

Director of Barry Plant Rosebud, Craig Leo, is thrilled that he had the opportunity to recruit Terry to join his office. “We are getting a wealth of experience – both in running a business as well as being a successful agent.  I look forward to him imparting that knowledge and skills to my team.”

A long-time stalwart of the Barry Plant brand, Terry began his real estate career with Barry Plant in 1984, working with Barry Plant himself to hone his skills before taking over ownership of the current Blackburn office in 1987.

In 2019, he sold the Blackburn office to Spiro Drossos and joined the Manningham team until March this year.  After a six months hiatus, and a relocation to the Peninsula, he’s joined Craig Leo and his team at Rosebud and is raring to get back to helping clients get the best result as they take advantage of a booming market of people seeking a sea change post-Covid.

For Terry it’s like coming home to be back working for Barry Plant. “I believe in the Barry Plant brand, I believe in their professionalism and ethics and their commitment to their clients.”

Terry is looking forward to mentoring the Rosebud team and sharing his years of experience with them.  “I’ve always loved helping people develop and seeing them succeed.”  A talented auctioneer, Terry’s just glad to be back practicing what he loves – real estate.
