We mentioned in our Market Update on July 5th that RP Data had published their latest figures on median property values for many of Melbourne’s suburbs, including information on the change in the median home prices during the financial year to June 30th.

As we often mention here, these sorts of figures should be taken as an indication of general trends in the market only, (and are only provided for those areas with a high enough number of property sales to be statistically relevant). However, we thought we would share them with you as another way of helping to keep you informed on what is happening in our local market.
