On April 30th, 2022 Barry Plant held an auction on behalf of the Ballarat Health Services Foundation. The property was a two bedroom home, in Windermere street in the heart of Redan with potential to subdivide. “A great little investment”.

The previous owner had bequeathed the property to the Ballarat Health Services to acknowledge the wonderful work that they perform in the community. All proceeds of the auction went directly to the BHS Foundation.

It was a privilege to work with such a worthy cause and we would love to do it again.
