With over 12 years of experience in the challenging hospitality industry, Ben quickly became accustomed to dealing with high-pressure situations, a skill that has already served him well in the property sector. His years of hospitality experience also developed his fantastic people skills, which is something he prides himself on.

He knows the process of looking for a property can be an incredibly stressful time, and his goal in this job is to minimise that difficulty and stress and to make finding a home as easy, fun, and relaxed as possible. The moment of handing over the keys to a new renter is always a very rewarding and uplifting moment for Ben.
When Ben is not taking potential renters through homes or speaking to landlords on the phone, he loves walking his dog Kirby, as well as reading books and doing puzzles, especially throughout Ballarat’s colder winters. He also likes watching his mighty Sydney Swans and the McLaren F1 team on the weekends.
