With a hunger and passion for everything that comes with property management, a desire to continue to learn and improve herself, and a goal to truly help people find their dream home, Nikki Rogers is relishing her role as Property Management Assistant as part of the ever-growing team at Barry Plant Ballarat.

With a Certificate IV in Business Administration, a Diploma of Management, and working on her Certificate IV in Real Estate, Nikki is driven and determined to succeed in the industry. She always sets high goals in any job or task she undertakes, and goes to great lengths to not only achieve those goals but shatter them.

With a very approachable nature and a genuine people person, Nikki is constantly going the extra mile for her clients. She loves working in a team environment and enjoys everyone she works with in the Ballarat office, and very much embodies Barry Plant’s ethos when it comes to commitment and first-class service.

Outside of work, Nikki adores the great outdoors, with her true love being horses. She also breeds and shows rabbits, as well as having an interest in cars and shopping.
