Before his career in real estate, Phong worked for a large scale organisation and prominent call centre located in Melbourne CBD for 6 years. Here he gained quality skills, knowledge and experience from working in many areas such as customer service, sales, support and management and completed two nationally recognised certificates – Frontline Management and Customer Contact and achieved many other awards.
Phong enjoys working closely with people of all walks of life, different nationalities and age groups.
He is easy to get along with and has a very good sense of humour but most importantly, with any tasks that are given to him, he puts in 110% so that his clients can always be confident that he can get the job done efficiently, effectively and with excellence.
In Phong’s spare time, he enjoys playing poker, chess, grabbing a coffee with friends and spending time with his family.
