About Us

For over 30 years, award-winning Barry Plant has been a well known and respected name in real estate for the City of Greater Dandenong and surrounds.

Thriving throughout the 90s as Elders Real Estate and joining the Barry Plant Franchise in 1998 the Barry Plant Greater Dandenong Group of offices has transitioned from a small agency to market leaders in the area.

The company has come full circle as many years ago they owned multiple offices throughout the region. They sold these offices after some time, however over the years they have slowly re-opened or acquired them to grow the business through this great area.

Together, Directors Tim Stickley and Chee-ky Dunlop have improved systems, developed a strong and successful team, and allowed the business to grow significantly.

Since its early beginnings of just 8 staff in Noble Park, the Barry Plant team in Noble Park, Keysborough and Dandenong has now grown to over 35 staff and has been named as Barry Plant Office of the Year in both 2008 and 2010.
