The person successful with this role will need to have at least 3-4 years experience in Property Management, have their Agents Representative Certificate, and a clean and reliable car.
No Weekend Work Required.

We're seeking a motivated and passionate PM who possesses:

• A proven track record in property management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A deep understanding of relevant real estate legislation and regulation
• Strong organisational abilities with an eye for detail, ability to use initiative
• A customer-focused approach: genuine desire to exceed expectations
• Mandarin speaking is an advantage
• Willingness to learn and grow
• A want to contribute and be a part of a team attitude
• Enthusiastic, punctual, and reliable
• Well-presented and corporately groomed

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Daily management of a Portfolio
• Rental arrears and maintenance
• Bond claims/lodgements
• Preparation of leases
• General liaison with Rental Providers/Renters
• Condition reports
• Routine Inspections
• Editing online advertising and marketing material;
• Experienced with VCAT hearings
• Insurance Claims
