Growing up in a Building and Real Estate family, real estate is in Tracey’s blood. Tracey’s early career progressed through the exciting world of hospitality, advertising and recruitment providing her with complementary skills for her transition in to Real Estate in 1994.
Always seeking new challenges, Tracey has worked with a number of leading Melbourne Agents in a variety of roles including Senior Property Management, Sales Assistant, Leasing and Management Consultant. Tracey then diversified her Real Estate skills, working as a Sales Manager within the Retirement Living Sector in Mornington for several years.
In 2017 Tracey was attracted by the opportunity to work with a thriving and reputable local agency in residential real estate. During this time, Tracey has worked as a Property Manager, Sales Assistant, Marketing and Social Media manager and then transitioned back into Sales. Her passion for real estate and her motivation to gain the best possible outcome for her vendors and buyers are second to none. This is demonstrated by her recent achievement of winning an award for the Dromana area through Ratemyagent.com.au being Agent of the Year, Property Sales 2023!
Tracey along with her husband and two children moved to the Mornington Peninsula over ten years ago and love their coastal lifestyle, the diverse opportunities and the relaxed charm it has to offer.
