With the AFL Grand Final being played today, we had only one auction scheduled in the morning which sold very well – 369 George Street, Templestowe Lower sold for $1,280,000. The Grand Final weekend also prompted an influx of listings with our team this week, a massive 24 new properties hitting the market.
