Barry Plant Eastern Group leads the way in property sales.

The Barry Plant Eastern Group have sold a remarkable 65 properties in 65 days. There were some good sales made by Barry Plant in the last week. In Doncaster East a three bedroom older style home on an elevated block with development potential sold for $1,050,000, meanwhile, a stunning one-year-old Metricon built five bedroom home in Box Hill South sold for $1,360,000.

The latest national home value index released by CoreLogic has revealed that the pace of declining property values had eased slightly in February compared to the previous two months.  Taken across all of Australia, there was a 0.7% decline in national dwelling values in February taking the combined decline to -6.8% since October 2017.  However, it’s worthwhile remembering that nationally dwelling values remain 18% higher than they were five years ago.
