And that it was, with a number of homes auctioned by the Barry Plant team in Manningham, Nillumbik, Banyule, and Whitehorse selling for results that exceeded our vendors’ expectations.
With strong interest and large crowds in attendance at our auctions today, it was yet another sign of the strength of the local market heading into the peak spring selling season, which is only two weeks away.
