The Barry Plant Group’s number one office, Barry Plant Manningham, has been listed as a Finalist in the Agency of the Year category in the Annual REA Excellence Awards (AREAs). REA – or – is the largest property website in Australia and they conduct these national awards annually.

Director, Spiro Drossos believes the success of his Manningham office can be attributed to three factors:

  • Innovation – a willingness to break the traditional real estate mould
  • Customer experience – a real focus on the customer service
  • People and culture  – the amazing efforts of his talented team at Barry Plant Manningham.

“I am extremely proud of our team and the excellent results being achieved in Manningham real estate every day. Our culture of passion, dedication, service and commitment has helped us achieve such a high level of excellence. A huge thank you to my team, because without their efforts, we would not be celebrating these fantastic achievements,” Spiro says. “I would also like to thank all of our valued clients over the past year. Without the trust in us to sell your most valuable asset, we wouldn’t have been able to achieve such great results for you.”

Spiro is also highly awarded having won the Real Estate Institute of Victoria’s (REIV) award for Residential Salesperson of the Year on three separate occasions, he has also represented Victoria in the National real estate awards.

A property that Barry Plant Manningham sold this year was so well marketed – using innovative and unique methods and guided carefully by Spiro’s marketing strengths and experience, it was awarded the highest viewed property on – a significant achievement.

Earlier in the year the Barry Plant Manningham office was also recognised by Real Estate Business (REB) as the #1 Victorian residential real estate agency.

The AREA results are to be announced at a gala event on Thursday, November 16th.
