Things certainly aren’t slowing down in the cities of Manningham, Nillumbik and Whitehorse as we enter the last weekend of November! Buyers were again out in force today and we saw strong competition across all of our auctions.
This weekend’s auction results included:

- 18 Feathertop Avenue Templestowe Lower – sold at auction for $1,300,000
- 2/2 Bolton Street Eltham – sold at auction for $915,000
- 6 Penderel Way Bulleen – sold at auction for $2,285,000
- 20 Major Street Doncaster East – sold at auction for $1,563,000
- 17 White Way Bulleen – sold at auction for $1,245,000
- 347 Thompsons Road, Templestowe Lower – sold at auction for $1,200,000
- 23 Fithie Street Blackburn North – sold at auction for a fantastic price
- 9 Tucker Road Vermont (pictured above) – sold at auction for $951,000
This week’s private sales results included:
- 2 Hampden Court Templestowe – sold for $1,375,000
We’ll start to see a decrease in properties on the market now as we head into December, leading to increased competition at auctions over the next few weeks. There is still plenty of time to get your home listed and sold before the end of the year.
