Promising signs were shown this week across the country with QLD and WA loosening restrictions surrounding Real Estate and re-introducing Open for Inspections to be allowed to be conducted again (with a limited number of people walking through the home at any given time). Melbourne may still be under strict restrictions and we cannot say for sure when these will be lifted, however, this has not hindered our team's commitment in working harder and smarter for our clients in obtaining a successful result for all parties, leading to over 40 sales during April.

As we progress into May we are continuing to work with a large number of qualified buyers who are searching for their ideal property and despite a limited number of advertised homes on the market are keen to purchase as soon as possible. In fact, it has been reported that buyer interest is up by 50 percent compared to this time last year.
