Information released from Core Logic last Friday showed that Melbourne is proving more resilient to a slow-down than Sydney.  With its consistently high auction clearance rates and a tightness of stock across most areas, values are still climbing, albeit by just 1.9% in the last three months – substantially higher than Sydney’s 0.3% growth.

• 345 Serpells Road, Doncaster East, selling at auction for $1,600,000
• 18 Daly Street, Doncaster East, sold for $1,430,000
• 34 Marcus Road, Templestowe Lower, sold for $1,585,000

• 18A Wilsons road, Doncaster – Sold for a very satisfying price of $1,810,000.
• 56 Millicent Avenue, Bulleen – Sold for a pleasing $1,200,000.
• 3/119 Parker Street, Templestowe – Sold privately for $700,000.
