Another strong week of results for vendors of the Barry Plant Eastern Group with buyers keen to sign on the dotted line and receive the keys to their new home before the Spring property market kicks off.

Today we saw terrific numbers through most of the homes open for inspection and competition was fierce at several of our auctions. One auction in Templestowe Lower saw 5 bidders contend for the right to call this property their own.

We are seeing the property market across the East in Manningham, Whitehorse, Nillumbik and Banyule continue to defy what the reports are stating with plenty of buyers still in the market place. Vendors are taking advantage of this positive activity, seeing great benefit in marketing their home with a trusted and experienced team to pursue the next step in their property journey.

Sales from our team this week include:

57 McIntyre Road, Park Orchards sold

1/87 Churinga Street, Mitcham sold for $700,000

1 Meerut Street, Mitcham sold for $791,000

39 Ironbark Drive, Templestowe Lower sold for $1,350,000
