That's a wrap: Our final weekend of Auctions in 2017.
Our final auction weekend of 2017 went out with a bang, as our buyers and sellers celebrated their early Christmas present of property. The beautiful weather made the perfect conditions for our last selling week of the year, as property was sold across Manningham, Whitehorse and Nillumbik!
This week’s auction results include:
- 12 Worthing Avenue, Doncaster East (pictured above) – Sold at auction for $1,420,000
- 1 Iris Court, Doncaster East – Sold for $1,950,000
Earlier in the week at a twilight auction, 28 East Road, Vermont South sold for a very strong $1,125,000. The 845sqm family home eventually sold for $30,000 over our ecstatic seller’s expectations!
This week’s private sales include:
- 2/13 High Street Doncaster, sold for $831,000
- 12 Little Valley Rd, Templestowe sold for an impressive figure, over 3 million
