Whilst we didn’t have any Auctions today due to the Easter long weekend, we still had a massive 35 properties open for inspection across the cities of Manningham, Whitehorse and Nillumbik and a fantastic turnout from buyers taking advantage of their extra spare time over the weekend!
The weather has recently begun to cool down a little, but the property market has been really heating up. Coming into the Autumn selling season, we had 14 new properties listed for sale last week with even more forecast for next week. There is very strong buyer demand right across the East of Melbourne, with many of our properties selling before they are even advertised through our strong agent network and qualified buyer database.
