The lead up to the impending federal election seems to have had very little impact for our vendors with the Barry Plant team achieving strong results across all municipalities this week. It is evident the housing market is continuing to show signs of stabilising with buyers wavering any hesitation to purchase, this was particularly noticeable at several of our auctions where competitive bidding similar to that of 2017 was on display.
