It was a wet start to the summer season this weekend! The rain may have been falling, but that didn’t keep buyers away from auctions in the cities of Manningham, Nillumbik and Whitehorse today. Despite entering the last month of the year, we’re still seeing strong competition across our auctions and opens and plenty of interest from buyers.

- 1/6 Rooney Street Templestowe Lower sold for $940,000
- 11 Mincha Avenue Templestowe Lower sold for a great price
- 40 Gedye Street Doncaster East (pictured above) sold for $1,260,000
- 1/60 Parker Street Templestowe sold for $800,000

- 2A Austin Street Bulleen sold for a strong price
