What a month we’re having, with this weekend marking the halfway point of October. Today the sun was shining, the flowers were in bloom and eager homebuyers were out in force! Today’s auction results were as fabulous as the weather itself, with great results achieved across the city of Manningham. Today’s standout result was 106 Old Warrandyte Road, Donvale (pictured above), a luxurious family estate which sold for an impressive $4,500,000, exceeding price records for the suburb this year.

- 41 Mullens Road, Vermont South sold for $1,020,000
- 6 Sunhill Road Lower Templestowe sold for $1,588,000, which was an impressive $88,000 over the reserve

During the week, we also had some great private sales results, including 5/6 Thiele Street Doncaster which sold for $620,000 and 42-44 Ennismore Crescent Park Orchards, which sold for $1,256,000.
