We’ve seen fantastic results today across Manningham, Whitehorse and Eltham and buyers out in force for our first Super Saturday of 2018 – with a massive 16 properties going under the hammer! We’ve also had high numbers of buyers through our open homes this week particularly for properties in the city of Nillumbik, with buyers keen to achieve their property goals early in the year.
Today’s auction results included:

- 6 Cabena Street, Donvale – sold at auction for $1,262,000
- 72 Kett Street, Blackburn North – sold at auction for $980,000
- 14 Matisse Drive, Templestowe – sold at auction for $1,316,000
- 74 Landscape Drive, Doncaster East – sold at auction for $1,630,000
- 37 Riverview Terrace, Bulleen – sold at auction for $1,158,000
- 27 Shawlands Avenue, Blackburn South – sold before auction for a fantastic price!
- 8 Strand Court, Templestowe – sold before auction for $1,475,000
- 12 Niland Rise, Templestowe – sold for $1,415,000. It was a great campaign for the vendor, who celebrated their 80th during the campaign!
Private sales this week included:
- 123 Purches Street, Vermont – sold by set date for $935,000
- 2/7-9 Middlefield Drive, Blackburn North – sold for $925,000
- 55 Gedye Street, Doncaster East – sold for $1,200,000
