The thriving Winter real estate market continued to provide good results for sellers again last week, with a healthy clearance rate of 78% reported for Melbourne. Further success was achieved by the Barry Plant Manningham team, as we achieved a fantastic 83% auction success rate last weekend. This weekend, we wrapped up our final weekend of winter auctions for 2017 with a host of great results across Manningham, resulting in happy buyers and even happier sellers!

Earlier in the week, our sellers of 10 Hathaway Close in Templestowe – a grand, stylish family entertainer – accepted a strong offer of $1,753,000, seeing the property sell prior to auction.
