2021 - The year that was!

As the curtain falls on an incredibly challenging yet ultimately successful 2021, it’s an ideal time to stop and reflect on where we’ve been and where our multi-award winning team aims to improve in the future.

When I look back at the year that was, I’m humbled that so many entrusted the Barry Plant Eastern Group across four geographical locations with the sale of their home. That trust and belief in our team helped our office achieve a record-breaking year. So, to all our valued clients who partnered with us in 2021, a big thank you.

In 2021, our office was recognised as the number one sales office within the Barry Plant Group for the 13th time since 2008 and won the Barry Plant Group’s coveted outstanding marketing award. Additionally, our office was also named as a finalist in the Manningham business excellence awards 2021 and REB awards for Sales Office of the Year 2022.

Despite the challenges brought on by numerous lockdowns, our offices successfully managed to pivot and swiftly adapt to the rapidly changing market conditions of the times — something we were able to achieve as a result of having excellent people in the right positions.

With strength in numbers, we’re committed to extending our award-winning service to multiple areas across Melbourne’s north-eastern suburbs, and part of that expansion into new communities includes the opening of the Barry Plant Eastern Group’s new Ivanhoe office in 2022.
