As Australians head to the polling booths, the Saturday auction market takes a mini-break this weekend before entering the winter selling market.

This week we were encouraged to see buyers still making strong offers to buy as we went on to record 109 properties sold in 45 days.

Buyers still have an appetite to buy and want to view all available properties including our portfolio of “off market” listings to try and buy before the home hits the market.

Despite no auctions being scheduled on election day across our Eastern Group today, buyer numbers through our open homes have been very solid, and as such, we’re expecting another strong week of sales next week — just like we’ve had this week.
