With the Melbourne sun out today, buyers were out in force across the eastern suburbs, capping off a very successful week of both auctions and private sales for our team.

It’s encouraging to see a more stable and predictable market beginning to take shape. When conditions are steady, both buyers and sellers feel more confident about their next steps — and that confidence is translating into genuine competition and strong results across the board.

Over the course of the week, we saw excellent engagement from buyers attending open homes and participating in negotiations. The combination of active buyers, realistic expectations and stable conditions is creating an environment where quality homes are continuing to transact successfully.
