Despite some negativity in the media this week, our team in the City of Whittlesea achieved yet another 100% success rate for our clients today, with all four of our scheduled auctions achieving successful results. These included:

• A vacant corner site of 388 square metres in Epping’s popular Prairie Views Estate saw 3 bidders take the price to $260,000 which was $20,000 above the happy vendor’s expectations.
• A single level 3 bedroom unit in a group of just two in Pine Street, Thomastown (pictured) attracted 3 bidders and sold for a very pleasing $350,000.
• 4 Bidders fought it out for an elevated 4 bedroom home in Dakota Drive, Thomastown, resulting in a very satisfying sale at $515,500.
• Of course, as we mentioned last week, the 3 bedroom timber home at 21 Westall Street in Thomastown was sold prior to the auction for $520,000.
