The steady rain forced several of our auctions indoors on Saturday, while the chilly weather had a lot of Melbourne residents reaching for their overcoats and puffer jackets this week…but the inclement conditions didn’t seem to impact the results of our vendors this week.

The weather this week has clearly been wintery, but there was more than a hint of an early Spring market among the long list of sales results our team has achieved recently.

It seems the new financial year has kicked off in much the same vein that its predecessor finished, with strong buyer activity being noted across the City of Moonee Valley, particularly with properties that are suited to a lower maintenance lifestyle.

We may have felt plenty of signs of the Winter conditions this week, as you would expect as June turns into July in Melbourne, but we also saw plenty of signs of the underlying confidence in the property market in the City of Moonee Valley and surrounding suburbs.
