Keilor Park: 53 Victory Street. As we mentioned a couple of weeks ago, this three-bedroom home in a popular family neighbourhood had a number of buyers thinking about future renovations. So strong was the early interest that the SOLD sign went up well before this week’s scheduled auction.

Keilor Park: 9 Latrose Street. The unusual combination of a three-bedroom home and a separate two-room studio raised all sorts of possibilities for people looking for accommodation for extended family, a home office, or perhaps even developing the artistic side of a family member’s skills. A well-planned auction campaign brought that to a head this weekend.
