Essendon West: 6 Bourke Street

Making the most of an admirable park-side location, this private three-bedroom town residence enjoyed close proximity to several quality schools. A strong mid-week sale was the result of productive negotiations.

Keilor East: 27 Berembong Drive

The clean lines and quality appointments of this near new single-level three-bedroom semi-detached home (pictured) certainly made an impact on several keen buyers, with a highly productive auction campaign coming to a successful conclusion this week at $792,500.

Pascoe Vale: 3/33 Sylvan Grove

This potential-filled two-bedroom villa unit attracted a strong early response from both first home buyers and investors. So strong, in fact, that the vendors decided to accept a convincing early offer rather than waiting for next week’s scheduled auction.

We’ve also seen some strong activity in the vacant land market recently, with buyers showing plenty of interest in key locations like the Valley Lake Estate in Keilor East, but more about that next week.
