Set on a low-maintenance block with its own title and driveway, a neat 2-bedroom home on Parer Road soared more than 10% above the vendor’s reserve when 3 bidders pushed the price all the way to $530,000!

Zoned for Buckley College and boasting clean-cut, contemporary styling, an eye-catching single-level 4-bedroom home in Roberts Street (pictured) was another one that attracted strong pre-auction interest, selling above the reserve during the week for an impressive $1.485 million.

It was a busy day for our team in Niddrie today, with three auctions all producing successful sales. These included a brand new 3-bedroom home in Diamond Street, a potential-filled 3-bedroom red brick home on 650sqm in Grandview Road, and a rare vacant allotment of 650sqm in Vaynor Street.
