A busy month ahead at Lowther Hall...

On Monday, May 20th, Lowther Hall will be presenting their annual Evening of Song. With almost 100 years of musical tradition to its name, Lowther Hall Anglican Grammar School is regarded as being one of the leaders in the field of excellence in vocal talent.
The Evening of Song is known as an uplifting and entertaining event showcasing choirs, soloists and vocal ensembles presenting an array of different pieces and styles. This event promises to be a memorable evening of musical entertainment.

At the end of May, Lowther Hall’s senior school will be presenting their production of the classic historical tale, Antigone. Antigone is a tragedy written by Sophocles in the year 441 BCE and is a play set in the aftermath of a civil war in which two sons of Oedipus are killed whilst fighting to succeed him on the throne. It is a story of moral dilemmas and family ties; and is sure to provide a thought-provoking night’s entertainment.
