Excellent sales results for our clients

With three out of four of our auctions today already sold, and the fourth still under negotiation as I write, I can confirm that the property market in the City of Moonee Valley is still demonstrating the same level of strength that we experienced throughout Autumn.

On the auction front, our three sales so far today were in Keilor Park, Keilor East and Niddrie (pictured), with prices ranging from the mid $500,000’s and the low $600,000’s to the high $700,000’s.

As a further confirmation of the strength of the market, we also achieved several excellent sales for our clients through private negotiating during the week, so the supply of SOLD signs in the office has been taking a bit of a hit over the space of the past week.

Buyer numbers through our Open Houses remain solid, with no signs of a drop off in response to the cooler temperatures and drearier weather, so the signs for anyone planning on selling over the coming weeks look very good indeed.

In fact, with most of the interest rate talk in recent weeks tending to suggest that the current record lows in our mortgage repayments may be here for a bit longer than many people expected, the outlook for the remainder of the Winter market seems very positive indeed.

So if you would like some objective advice on getting your property ‘market ready’, or how to time your sale to maximise your result, feel free to call us any time. We’d be only too happy to help.
