Keilor East: 15 Ellen Avenue. A prime corner block of around 536sqm near Rosehill Park had several keen buyers weighing up a new future for this three-bedroom home. Strong mid-week negotiations saw the deal done at $875,000.

Niddrie: 2/66 Hotham Road. Generous living spaces inside and out added to the low maintenance appeal of this two-bedroom villa. A productive auction this weekend resulted in an excellent sale at $761,000.
