Vendors reaping the benefits of a true network

But we got several timely reminders of this during the week, with several outstanding sales being produced through the synergy that only a ‘network that genuinely networks’ can provide.
These sales were among an impressive catalogue of strong sales activity this week as Melbourne burst out of lockdown. Here’s a cross-section of some of our recent results:
Avondale Heights: 3/46-52 Orleans Road. Thoughtful renovations to this two-bedroom villa unit certainly had an impact, with this week’s auction reaching just under the $600,000-mark.

Essendon: 15/56 Nicholson Street. This one-bedroom apartment in the Windy Hill precinct attracted interest from market entrants and investors, selling for $405,000.
Essendon: 1/18 Lawson Street. Architecturally intriguing, this brand new three-bedroom townhouse (pictured) sold before this week’s scheduled auction, achieving a very satisfying $1.1 million.
Essendon North: 7/9 Royal Avenue. The abundance of natural light in this renovated two-bedroom unit certainly made a positive impression on buyers, with this week’s auction securing $546,500.
Keilor East: 7A Borva Drive. One of only two on the block, this single-level three-bedroom unit sold for $770,000 at an exciting mid-week auction.
Maribyrnong: 509/68 Wests Road. A short, sharp digital marketing campaign saw this two-bedroom apartment near Highpoint changing hands at $535,000.
Moonee Ponds: 210/525 Mt Alexander Road. Making the most of its central location, this designer one-bedroom apartment enjoyed a strong mid-week sale at $350,000.
Moonee Ponds: 3/9 Grandview Street. Part of a select group of just five, this renovated two-bedroom townhouse sold quickly, reaping a very pleasing $800,000 for our happy vendors.
Strathmore: 55 Roland Avenue. Offered for sale for the first time since the early 1980’s, this potential-packed three-bedroom home saw the keys change hands at $1.45 million.
