We may be well into December, a month that many people tend to associate more with holidays and gift giving than they do the property market, but there are no signs of the real estate market slowing at all at this stage.

In fact, our team in the bayside suburbs has been extremely busy again this week with buyer activity levels remaining very strong in all areas and price ranges.

Here’s a cross-section of some the results we’ve been able to achieve for our happy vendors:

Clyde: Illawarra Avenue. Ideally sited in the popular Pasadena Estate, this modern three-bedroom home made the most of our Sale by Set Date® campaign, selling well before the closing date at $515,000.

Frankston: Clyde Street. A position right in the heart of Frankston, right above the Clyde Street Mall, proved a popular one, with this two-bedroom apartment achieving a prompt mid-week sale.

Frankston: Tralee Place. We saw quite a few young families inspecting this renovated three-bedroom home within a short walk of Kingsley Park Primary School, resulting in a strong sale at $625,000.

Frankston: Catherine Parade. Having been completely updated from the foundations up, this three-bedroom weatherboard home near the Hospital and University drew plenty of interest before selling for $660,000.

Seaford: Frankston-Dandenong Road. Sitting in a modern group of four across the road from Long Island Country Club, this two-bedroom unit (pictured) found new owners during the week at $408,000.

Seaford: Elliott Street. Enjoying easy walking access to Kananook Station, this convenient three-bedroom home achieved a pleasing mid-week sale at $682,500.

The good news if you are still yet to secure your next home is that there are still some exciting opportunities that are available to buyers before everyone starts unwrapping presents, so if you’d like to see what’s coming up, you can simply CLICK HERE...

Of course, if you are considering selling in the New Year and don’t want to miss out on the strong demand from buyers in the bayside suburbs, don’t hesitate to give us a call at Barry Plant Frankston this week on 9781 3100.

Best wishes,
