There were further signs of growing confidence in the Melbourne property market this week, with the number of online auctions being conducted around town growing substantially.
Our team has certainly made its mark on the local market with the strategic use of this digital technology, conducting three successful auctions over the weekend. Indeed, the initial auction results this week from the REIV reported an 86% clearance rate with close to 750 property sales completed. Frankston: 106A Williams Street. This striking park-side townhouse attracted 32 bids at auction, resulting in an outstanding sale for over $1 million!
