In a world where so much of what we do is conducted online, it was interesting to see that the latest internet statistics show that the online presence of our Barry Plant network has now reached the point where a total of 5 million people see our properties every month. That’s a whole lot of exposure that we can offer our vendors and landlords, isn’t it!

The interesting thing about this property is that prior to listing with our team, the current owners had endured three long months on the market with another real estate agency without achieving a result. However, as they say in the classics, a change is as good as a holiday…as it only took 48 hours from the moment the property hit the internet through our network that our happy vendors were looking at a signed contract from an equally happy buyer!

Isn’t it amazing what a difference a change of approach and a change of attitude can make?
