There is no doubt that buyers are continuing to respond positively to the possibility of securing their home in the bayside suburbs before the end of what has been a most unusual year for all of us.

The market received another little boost this week with the much-anticipated decision by the Reserve Bank to cut official interest rates to new record lows. The confirmation from the Governor of the RBA that cash rates are likely to remain at these levels for at least the next three years would have provided local homeowners, and those who are aiming to join them, with some much needed extra confidence about the medium term outlook.

This news comes hot on the heels of a particularly strong result in October, despite all the challenges that the property market has faced recently.

Some of our recent results include:

11 Paisley Drive, Frankston: Potential was the key factor in the very satisfying result achieved on this charming home on around 627sqm of land near Frankston East Primary School.

23 Lacenet Avenue, Frankston North: An effective Sale by Set Date® campaign saw the SOLD sign go up on this one at $505,000.

40 Belar Avenue, Frankston: A mix of first home buyers and investors pushed the sale of this three-bedroom home to $555,000.

8 Genoa Court, Frankston: Making the most of a quiet court location, this three-bedroom home reached $565,000 through productive negotiations.

94 Karingal Drive, Frankston: This three-bedroom family home near Karingal Hug sold for $575,000.

6/41 Yuille Street, Frankston: We saw a great result inked on this three-bedroom unit near the Pentland Botanical Gardens.

57 Leonard Street, Frankston: Generous family accommodation was the key to the prompt sale of this double-storey home near Peninsula Reserve.

5 Bondi Avenue, Frankston: Our huge database of buyers looking for larger than average allotments saw this three-bedroom home welcoming new owners within a short period of time.

37 Coogee Avenue, Frankston: This three-bedroom home sold before the photographer even got a chance to set up their tripod!

6 Inglis Avenue, Frankston: Showcasing beautifully renovated interiors, this five-bedroom home near the beach enjoyed a pleasing mid-week sale.

9 Lorikeet Court, Frankston: This five-bedroom home with bay views achieved an outstanding $900,000.
