As many of our regular readers will know, we’ve been talking about the strength of the property market in the bayside suburbs quite a bit recently, particularly since the State Government began easing the restrictions on property inspections.

As recently as last week we were forecasting that the summer property market in our area looked set to be a hot one, and this week’s buyer activity levels have confirmed that as we transitioned from Spring to Summer.

Here’s the details on some of our recent results:

Frankston: Ebdale Street. A modern two-bedroom apartment near the beach proved popular with first home buyers and investors, with competitive interest taking the price to $380,000.

Frankston: Bangor Drive. The opportunity to secure a vacant homesite of around 600sqm near Ballam Park proved a popular one, with contracts being inked at $448,500.

Frankston: Kenmore Court. Potential was the word on everyone’s lips when inspecting this four-bedroom home near Kingsley Park Primary School. A satisfying sale at $672,000 was the result.

Frankston: Cambridge Street. Being set on around 615sqm in the sought-after Frankston High School Zone, this renovated three-bedroom home was always going to sell well…and it did, at $781,550.

Frankston North: Alpina Street. A successful Sale by Set Date® produced a strong early sale on a single-level contemporary four-bedroom home (pictured) on a low maintenance block of around 358sqm, reaching over $511,000.

Seaford: Hadley Street. A neat and airy three-bedroom villa within strolling distance of Kananook Station saw the keys change hands for $494,000.

The good news for buyers is that we still have some really exciting properties available for purchase before Santa arrives on the 25th, so if you’re keen to secure your dream home before you sit down to the ham and turkey, you can view our current listings by CLICKING HERE...
